EXT. LAKE BLED – SLOVENIA – DAY

Stone castle, densely forested island, rocky beaches.

OS (off screen) sound of jet-engine approaches.

Hummer, wings-spread-wide flies over Lake Bled, inflated yellow-raft underneath. Hummer slows to a stop.

OS (off screen) sound of Jet-engine slowing, stops.

Hummer instantly plummets 150 plus feet straight down into Lake Bled.

Yellow-raft, Hummer inside plummets, smacks down into Lake-Bled, goes underwater, emerges to the lake surface, floats calmly.

ISLAND ON LAKE-BLED – SLOVENIA – DAY

Stone castle, plush gardens, gravel walkways. John, chrome revolver in his front pocket, the handle sticks out. Morgan by his side, cradles his arm. They stand in front of a fire-pit with a mature-fire. Lebron, focused on his smart-phone, stands next to them, presses several keys.

MORGAN

“You got a signal?”

Lebron, focused on his smart-phone, turns to Morgan, gives her an impatient look.

LEBRON

“No!….I’m trying to get signal.”

He looks around at the manicured green lawns and shrubbery, turns to John, looks at him with subtle disdain.

LEBRON

“You never-mowed-no-lawns. Did ya, Prof?”

John cocks his head, gives Lebron a questioning look, studies him, reveals a subtle smirk.

JOHN

“No, Lebron, we had people that did that kind of thing for us.”

He turns to Morgan, holds back a smirk, turns to Lebron.

“I’m still paying off my student loans, a mortgage and I just finish paying for my parents funeral.”

Lebron studies John.

LEBRON

“Sorry about your parents.”

John smiles subtly at Lebron, has an understanding look about him.

JOHN

“They past years ago. I just paid off the loan.”

John reaches down to a small pile of split-logs by his side, picks up a piece, tosses it into the fire, turns to Lebron.

JOHN

“We’re all just trying to survive, Lebron.”

HOURS LATER – DUSK

John and Morgan sit side-by-side on a wood-bench in front of a fire-pit full of blazing-logs. Lebron, off to the side behind John and Morgan lays asleep on a cot covered by a gray-blanket near the Hummer.

OS (off screen) Lebron snores.

Morgan, sits next to John on the wooden bench near a fire-pit with a blazing fire. They both look at the fire, warm their hands. Morgan turns to John, their eyes connect, they study each others face.

Morgan leans in, kisses John’s lips. They look into each others eyes, smile, laugh. They both appear shy, they hold hands. John leans in, tenderly kisses Morgan. They make-out, hold each other tight.
